Firstly convert 1001 base 2 to base 10 so that you can find the square root then after getting your answer you convert it back to base 2

1001 base 2 = 1*2³ + 0*2²+ 0*2¹+ 1*2⁰

= 8+0+0+1
= 9

Now find the square root
Square root of 9 is 3
Then turn it back to base 2 which is
11

The answer is 11base 2

√1002=9 base 10, then we get √9=3, then we divide 3 into base 2, we have 11 in base 2
