The best way is to hold the increase volume button together with the power on button...and hold for 8-10 seconds ...then automatically redirect you to a black screen.........therre you have options.....
1 erase personal phone data......
2 clear phone memory
Chose 2 and clear the phone memory ........once it is done it will off
And the phone reboots......and your phone is as clear and new 🤝🤝
