Between Landlord and Tenant who should repair a faulty Pumping Machine?
My own opinion is that, if the landlord is living with them, the landlord should take responsibility for the repairs. I believe that's the normal thing.
However, if the landlord isn't living with them, they should gather money to repair.

I think this should be both the tenant and the landlord since you are both using it.
