Laziness and procrastination is another limiting factor. Truly, you have a great dream and vision. You have a very good business prospective. But one thing you should realize early is that, inasmuch as you don't take action and do something, you can never amount to something. The actions you take now go a long way in determining how far you'll go in that prospective business of yours. Invest in yourself. Invest in self-development. Improve on your skills, education and experience.

Most successful Entrepreneurs today started from nothing. They started building their empire from scratch.
Jan Koum, the founder of WhatsApp started from nothing but he worked hard to attain the height he is at today.
koum was from a very poor poverty stricken background. He was born in a small village on the outskirts of Kiev, Ukraine.
His father worked as a laborer while his mother was a housewife. They practically struggled to make ends meet.
Despite his poor background, Koum was investing in himself and started learning about computers during his spare time.
By the time he was 18 he had become a highly skilled computer hacker and was employed as an infrastructure engineer at Yahoo in 1997. Then, in 2009 he incorporated WhatsApp Inc. in California. By 2014, WhatsApp had become very popular and well known. It was even bought by Facebook for a whooping amount.
Had it been Koum did not invest in himself, do you think he would have been able to break free from the shackles of poverty? Absolutely No! He would have been among the people who can't amount to anything in the business world. His potentials would have been left undiscovered.
Another cogent reason why it is difficult for most people to succeed in their prospective business is because they are not satisfying the needs of their prospect customers. It is always easier and better to satisfy a particular need rather than create one. That is why it is very important to investigate the market before setting up your business in a particular area.
Opening a real housing Estate agency in a slum where the major needs of the people is food and clothing is just like building castles in the sky. The business will amount to nothing and crash before even starting at all.
Furthermore, you must know what you want. One of the reasons most people don't get what they want is because they don't know what they want and they're not working towards such thing to make it a reality.
