What is stress?
Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused a difficult situation. Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. It is also a natural human response that prompt us to address the challenges and threats in our life. Human body is designed to experience stress, and also reacts to it.
Stress is a normal feeling, we experience when we feel under pressure, overwhelmed or unable to cope. Small amount of stress we experience can motivate us to achieve, like taking exams, interviews or giving a speech. But it is too much of stress can negatively affect our mood, physical, mentally wellbeing including our relationships.

High range of emotions like hot temper, irritability and anxiety. It also comes with signs like headaches, insomnia (trouble sleeping),loss of appetite, fast heart beat and body pains etc.
Stress can also worsen pre existing health problems, and might make people increase their intake of alcohol, hard drugs and cigarettes.
*stressful situation can worsen mental health issues such as anxiety and depression which requires health care.
