Now that you've investigated the market and you already know about the basic needs to be satisfied, you need an experienced mentor or coach for advice, help and guidance so as to succeed. Mentorship is very important in your decision-making process.
Lets tackle that question in your mind.
"Why do I need a mentor or a coach?"
Do not forget that here, you're still an inexperienced entrepreneur and you're still trying to build great ideas that people will be willing to pay for. Therefore, you'll need an experienced fellow who had been in a similar situation before and managed to pull through every predicament to influence, guide and direct you to take specific steps that will result in positive outcome for your business. Someone who can guide you by passing on lessons learnt from his/her own experiences thereby making you avoids similar mistakes in your own entrepreneurial journey.
Someone once asked me, "Is it so necessary to get a mentor? Wouldn't I be able to scale through myself without anybody's help?
I smiled and answered her simply. "There's a greater probability for your business to flop before even starting at all when you refuse to learn from other people's experiences."
