Okro soup recipe.

Ingredients:
Okro
Stockfish
Dry fish
Protein of ur choice
Pepper
Red oil
Ponmo or Canda( Cow skin)
Crayfish
Seasoning cube
Periwinkle
Uziza leaf or vegetable
Salt to taste
Onion for seasoning ur meat
Water for cooking
You can add ogbono if you wish
You can add Ugba too.
Method:
In a bowl wash you protein into ur cooking pot together with ur animal skin, then add salt, onion, seasoning cube and cook for like 15 minutes.
Then wash it stockfish and dry fish into the same pot till the meat is tender...
Slice ur uziza leaf or vegetable leaf and okra then set them aside.
Incase the periwinkle is of two type one with shell and one without shell. If you're using the one with shell pls u need to cut it so you can be able to suck it after cooking, then wash it very well with salt for like four time then steam it and set aside, but if you're using the non-shell there's no need for cutting and steaming you have to add it direct.
You can use a frying method for the okra soup or you cook direct.
When your protein and other chewable is tender then add ur blended Crayfish, pepper together with ur ogbono that is if you're using it if you're not using it then cover the pot and allow to cook for 10 minutes then add ur red oil an stir it then cover ur pot and allow to cook for 5 minutes then add ur okra leaf together with Ugba and periwinkle then allow to cook for 1minute remember it is okra and doesn't need to be over cooked it needs to be fresh then finally add ur sliced uziza leaf or vegetable leaf it depends on the leaf you're using then allow to cook for 1 minutes and ur okra soup is ready.
